5 funkcijų komparatoriaus modulis DVB01 (su 24V rele)

The DVB01 module is a multifunctional voltage monitoring controller, which adopts industrial microcontroller as the main control unit, which has wide measuring range and high precision. The controller has 5 different functions, and can customize and add other functions according to the needs of users.
The module is made of genuine high quality components, stable performance, can be widely used in a variety of voltage measurement control occasions.

Functional characteristics:
1 provides 5 functions for users to choose to meet the needs of more applications;
2 the user can set the upper limit and the lower limit voltage;
3 measuring range DC 0-100V, measurement accuracy +/-0.1V;
4 increase the automatic power saving function, the user can set;
5 all parameters can be automatically saved, set the content is not lost power.
6 new 0-99.9 second delay pull and 0-99.9 seconds delay disconnect function.

Module functions:
Function 1:
Voltage measurement: select this function, the relay will not act, the digital display of the current measurement voltage;
Function 2:
Charge monitoring: when the measured voltage is lower than the lower limit voltage, the relay is attracted, higher than the upper limit voltage, the relay is off;
Function 3:
Discharge monitoring: when the measured voltage is higher than the upper limit voltage, the relay pull in, lower than the lower limit voltage, the relay off;
Function 4:
When the voltage is between the upper limit and lower limit, the relay is switched on and the other relay is off;
Function 5:
When the measuring voltage is lower than the lower limit voltage, or the measuring voltage is higher than the upper limit voltage, the relay is attracted.

Note: the controller depending on selected function, automatically asses the set voltages V1 and V2: the user do not need to set which voltage is the upper limit and which is the lower limit.

Electrical parameters
Working voltage: DC 5V, 12V, 24V three optional (should not exceed the nominal voltage of +/-10%)
Working current: 5V is less than 90mA (when the relay is not less than 12mA, turn off display less than 3mA)
12V is less than 50mA (when the relay is not less than 12mA, turn off display less than 3mA)
24V is less than 35mA (when the relay is not less than 12mA, turn off display less than 3mA)
Working temperature: recommend -20 Celsius - 60 Celsius (limits -30 Celsius - 70 Celsius)
Measuring range: 0-99.9V
Load capacity: relay normally open port maximum load capacity: DC 0-30V/10A, AC 0-250V/10A
Relay normally closed port maximum load capacity: DC 0-28V/10A, AC 0-125V/10A

Module interface
Module voltage input: there are 4 wire interface, all the interfaces are terminal, user-friendly
1, DC+: DC power cathode
2, DC-: DC power supply anode
3, V+: measuring voltage positive
4, V-: measuring voltage negative
Relay load output: there are 3 wire interface, all interfaces are terminal
1, NO: relay normally open interface, before the relay pull off, pull up with COM short connection
2, COM: relay common interface
3, NC: relay normally closed interface, before and after the relay with the COM short pull, pull left behind
